Share ownership

MicroVault shares are ERC-20 tokens held in shareholder wallets. An approved wallet signs its own subscription and redemption transactions. Removing a wallet from the shareholder list does not take or strand shares it already holds; it can still redeem them.

Vault authority

Your organization’s Turnkey authority controls strategy, fees, shareholder access, source permissions, and emergency settings until you export the vault. Ground submits management transactions only within the permissions attached to that authority.

Yield-source risk

Ground’s automation permissions are bounded by operation, source, amount, allocation range, redemption capability, and validity period. Exporting the vault removes Ground’s ability to manage it. Only admitted yield sources can receive vault assets. Source contract behavior, liquidity, settlement time, and upgrade controls remain part of the vault’s risk profile. A source mode can prevent new entries while preserving the ability to exit an existing position.

Emergency controls

You can pause subscriptions, redemptions, share transfers, source entry, or source exit independently. Completed asynchronous claims and authority transfer remain available so an existing obligation or control change is not blocked.

Export

Exporting transfers vault authority; it does not move assets or shares. After confirmation, the new authority is responsible for all configuration and source operations, and Ground-managed controls become read-only.
