# Statuses, activity, and performance

## Activity status

Use `GET /v2/microvaults/vaults/{vaultId}/activity` to track subscriptions, rebalances, and redemptions. A wallet receipt confirms the submitted transaction; the activity record shows the resulting vault operation and whether more work or a shareholder claim remains.

## Performance

Use `GET /v2/microvaults/vaults/{vaultId}/performance-series` for cumulative earnings, NAV per share, and trailing APY. A `partial` status means the requested period does not contain enough comparable checkpoints to calculate every value. A missing valuation is returned as unavailable rather than zero.

| Total assets     | Current base-asset value of idle assets, source positions, and assets in flight, net of redemption liabilities.               |
| Idle assets      | Base asset held directly by the vault, including amounts that may already be reserved for redemptions.                        |
| Free idle assets | Idle assets still available for new allocations or immediate redemptions after reservations.                                  |
| NAV              | Base-asset value represented by one whole MicroVault share.                                                                   |
| Lifetime earned  | Cumulative change in vault value attributable to investment performance, excluding shareholder subscriptions and redemptions. |
| APY              | Annualized NAV change over the available trailing period. It can be unavailable until enough comparable history exists.       |

Amounts ending in `Units` are integers in the referenced token's smallest units. Use `baseAssetDecimals` for asset amounts; MicroVault shares use 18 decimals.

The organization performance summary combines lifetime earned only when the included vaults use the same base asset and have complete observations. A `partial` result means the aggregate should be displayed as unavailable rather than treated as zero.

## Operation availability

Use `GET /v2/microvaults/vaults/{vaultId}/pause-status` to determine whether subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, source entries, or source exits are currently allowed.
